For a collar you need to measure a little higher up there neck as these sit higher. It is essential you can get two fingers in between your dog and there new collar.

All of our products have been meticulously tested but we recommend that you always check your products for wear and tear from time to time especially if you have a dog that likes to pull a lot. In the instance there is a hardware fault we will replace like for like 3 months from the date you purchased your collar no questions asked. We cannot however accept returns for damage caused by your dogs teeth.
